Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026

The short version

This policy explains how [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("relaypix", "we", "us") handles information when you use relaypix.com or app.relaypix.com (the "Service").

1. What we collect

Information you give us

Information collected automatically

2. How we use it

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run the Service, and only what they need to do their job:

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our customers or ourselves, or as part of a sale or merger of our business (in which case this policy would continue to apply).

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state laws treat sharing data with advertising partners like Meta as "selling" or "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out of this at any time. See section 6.

4. How long we keep it

5. Cookies and ads

Our website and app use a small number of cookies and similar tools: ones that are needed for ordering and payment to work, the Meta Pixel for ad measurement, and Vercel Analytics, which counts visits without using cookies.

To limit ad tracking, you can block third-party cookies in your browser, change your ad preferences in your Meta Accounts Center, or email us to opt out. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. There's no common standard for responding to them, so the Service doesn't currently respond to them.

6. Your choices and rights

Wherever you live in the US, you can email us to:

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states with privacy laws may have these rights by law. We won't treat you differently for using them. Email support@relaypix.com from the address you used with us so we can verify the request. We'll respond within 45 days, and usually much sooner. If we decline a request, you can reply to appeal that decision. You can also have an authorized agent make a request for you.

7. Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls and trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.

8. Children

The Service isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll make it clear on our website before it takes effect.
