How do I pay?
Securely online when you check out. You see your total, including shipping, before you pay.
Will my phone photos look good?
Almost always. We check every photo against the size you choose and tell you before you order if it may look soft.
How long does it take?
Prints are made within 24 hours and arrive in 3–5 business days. Framed photos take a little longer; you see the timing when you choose your frame.
What sizes do you offer?
Prints in 4×6″ and 5×7″. Framed photos in 8×10″, 11×14″ and 16×20″, portrait or landscape.
How many photos can I order?
Photo prints start at 10 per order, with no upper limit. Each framed photo holds one photo.
How do I reach you?
Email support@relaypix.com. A real person reads every message, and we usually reply within one business day.
What happens to my photos?
Deleted from our system after they ship. We never repost anything without asking.
